1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CH Studios ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use CH Studios. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
• You may not transfer your account to another person
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Content Guidelines

By submitting content, you agree NOT to upload:

• Content you do not own or have rights to
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content depicting violence, abuse, or self-harm
• Hate speech targeting any group
• Spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
• Content that violates any applicable law
• Malware or harmful code

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Creator Rights & Revenue

Approved creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading to CH Studios, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, stream, and promote your content on the platform.

Revenue sharing for premium creators is calculated monthly based on views and engagement metrics, subject to our Creator Monetisation Policy.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end
• Refunds are available within 7 days of first payment
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The CH Studios platform, including its design, logo, and original content, is owned by CH Studios and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CH Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time from your profile settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, or through agreed arbitration.
